About the project
Global platforms often deal with fragmented experiences. Different markets, different needs, and complex flows can quickly lead to interfaces that feel inconsistent and difficult to navigate.
This project started from that gap.Bike Hero is a global leader in the bicycle originality certification market, playing a key role in both buying and selling journeys across different regions.
The challenge was to design an experience that could scale internationally while remaining clear, intuitive and consistent.Instead of treating features as isolated tools, the goal was to create a unified product experience.
The app brings together certification, insurance and ownership management into a single structured system, allowing users to interact with their bikes in a more connected and controlled way.The experience shifts from fragmented actions to a centralized journey.
From activating a bike to managing plans and accessing support, each step is designed to feel direct and easy to understand.Visually, the interface is built around clarity and contrast.
A dark foundation enhances focus, while accent colors highlight key actions and states. Strong hierarchy, balanced spacing and modular components ensure consistency across the product, regardless of the user’s location or context.Interactions are designed to reduce friction.
Flows are simplified, inputs are guided, and each screen serves a clear purpose. The experience feels responsive and predictable, supporting both first-time users and recurring actions.
Rather than overwhelming users with technical details, the app reveals information progressively. This creates a sense of control and trust, especially in a product that deals with ownership and certification.
More than a mobile app, this project establishes a global design foundation for Bike Hero, aligning structure, usability and visual identity into a scalable and cohesive experience.
